Get S$10 BHG Voucher when you spend S$120 in a single charge

Terms and Conditions 

The BHG Black Friday Frenzy 2019 is organized by BHG (S) Pte Ltd ("Organizer")

1. "Spend S$120 and get S$10 Voucher" ("Promotion"):

•       This promotion is only applicable to American Express CapitaCard Members (“Cardmember”) from 28 November to 2 December 2019 (both dates inclusive).

•       Participating outlets: BHG Bugis Junction, Lot One and Junction 8 outlets only.

•       Cardmembers need to charge a minimum of S$120 in a single charge on their American Express CapitaCard to redeem the S$10 BHG voucher.

•       Promotion is valid on purchases made directly at participating BHG outlets.

•       Limited to the first 1,200 redemptions across participating BHG outlets, 1 redemption per Cardmember.

•       All redemptions must be made at the respective BHG customer service counters at the participating outlets on the same day of purchase, on a first-come-first-served basis, while stocks last.

•       Cardmembers must present their original receipt and charge slip for redemption. Receipts are not transferrable or reusable.

•       Cardmembers must be personally present their American Express CapitaCard at the point of redemption for verification and records purposes.

•       BHG voucher Term and COnditions also apply.

2. All discounts are provided by Organizer and are subjected to Organizer’s terms and conditions.

3. American Express and/or Organizer reserve the rights to terminate the Promotion and/or replace the Promotion with another offer of similar value without prior notice.

4. Organizer’s Terms and Conditions apply. American Express acts solely as a payment provider and is not responsible or liable in the event that such services, activities or benefits are not provided or fulfilled by the Organizer. Organizer is solely responsible for the fulfillment of Promotion and all relevant privileges.

5. American Express and/or the Organizer reserve the rights to amend the above Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

6. American Express does not assume liability and American Express Card Members shall not make any claim whatsoever for (i) injury or bodily harm or (ii) loss of damage to property, howsoever caused, arising from, or in connection with these benefits and privileges.

7. Programme benefits, participating merchant and Terms and Conditions may be amended or withdrawn without prior notice at the sole discretion of American Express International Inc.

8. In the event of any dispute, the decision of American Express will be final and no correspondence may be entertained.
