Terms and Conditions 

1. This promotion is valid from 1 January to 16 February 2020 (both dates inclusive).

2. This promotion is only applicable to Qualifying American Express CapitaCard Members (“Card Members”)
who have received this direct mail from American Express International Inc.

3. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

4. Each Basic Card Member is only eligible for the redemption of one (1) Samsonite Hi-Fi 28-inch Spinner luggage. If the Card Member redeems more than once or makes duplicate redemptions, the retail price of the gift will be charged to the Card Member’s Account. In the event of our suspicion of illegal activities in connection with the gift, including without limitation fraud or an attempt at deception, we are entitled to report such activity to the relevant authorities.

5. To qualify, your American Express CapitaCard must be in good standing, and not suspended or cancelled for any reason whatsoever, in order to qualify for the redemption
letter.

6. The eligible spend is represented by the transaction amount reflected on your monthly bill statement. It excludes:

    • Transactions made with American Express instalments;

    • Cash Advances and other cash services;

    • Express Cash;

    • American Express Travellers Cheque purchases;

    • Charges for dishonoured cheques;

    • Finance charges including Line of Credit charges and Credit Card interest charges;

    • Late Payment and collection charges;

    • Tax refunds from overseas purchases;

    • Balance Transfers;

    • Annual Card fees;

    • Other credits to your Account;

    • CapitaVoucher purchases; and

    • eCapitaVoucher purchases.

7. Spend by Supplementary Card Member(s) shall accrue to the Basic Card Member.

8. The redemption letter for Samsonite Hi-Fi 28-inch Spinner will be sent to eligible Card Members’ billing address within 4 to 8 weeks after promotion ends on 16 Febuary 2020.

9. The offer will be reversed if qualifying spend is not met due to purchases being refunded or cancelled.

10. Samsonite Hi-Fi 28-inch Spinner cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, in-kind or other items/services.
