Offer Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion is valid from 6 November 2020 to 7 December 2020 (“Booking period”), for stays between 6 November 2020 to 13 December 2020, both dates inclusive (“Stay period”). 
2. Promotion is applicable for Raffles Hotel's Suites listed below with min. 2 nights' stay only:
   • Courtyard Suite from S$868 nett per suite per night (2 nights = S$1,736) 
   • Palm Court Suite from S$968 nett per suite per night (2 nights = S$1,936)
   • Personality Suite from S$1,028 nett per suite per night (2 nights = S$2,056)
   • One Bedroom Grand Hotel Suite from $4,378 nett per suite per night (2 nights = S$8,756)
   • Two Bedroom Grand Hotel Suite from $6,028 nett per suite per night (2 nights = S$12,056)
3. To enjoy the Promotion, the booking must be made through the dedicated landing page at the following website: https://www.toureast.net/singaporediscover/amex
4. Booking cut-off: 7 days prior to check-in
5. Rooms and the offers are subject to availability upon booking.
6. Promotion is non-transferable and non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, rewards, loyalty programmes, promotions, discounted items, and fixed price items (unless specified).
7. Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash, vouchers or other products and services.
8. All package inclusions are to be utilised during the stay.
   
9. Advance reservations are required for Fitness Centre and Pool facilities, and are subject to government regulations and authorities.
   
10. Children Policy: Accommodation is free for up to 2 children for age 12 years old and below sharing parents’ room and existing bedding. Extra charge for breakfast for child age 6 to 12 years old can be arranged at S$45 per child.
    
11. Maximum Occupancy: Each suite can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children below 12 years old, or maximum 3 adults. Third adult supplement can be arranged at S$182 per adult per night.
    
12. Check-in time: 3pm / Check-out time: 12pm
    
    • Any request for early check-in and late check-out will be subject to availability upon arrival .
      
13. All prices quoted are subject to service charge and prevailing government taxes, unless otherwise stated.
14. Cancellation Policy: Non-refundable and requires full prepayment upon booking.
15. All reservations have to be fully pre-paid at time of booking and is non-refundable.
    
16. Payment must be made with an eligible American Express^® Card (“Card Members”)·
    • "Eligible American Express Cards" are qualifying personal Basic and Supplementary American Express Cards issued by American Express International Inc. in Singapore only, including American Express Corporate Cards, American Express Singapore Airlines Business Credit Card and American Express Cards issued by DBS Bank Limited and United Overseas Bank Limited.
17. Card Members may be asked to present the American Express Card used to make booking for verification purposes during check-in. 
18. Discounts applied may be nulled if there are any reservation changes made after purchase confirmation, or after promotion period. Card member may be required to be pay for the reservation difference, cancellation or change penalties, administrative fees or other miscellaneous charges (where applicable).
19. American Express does not assume liability and American Express Card Members shall not make any claim whatsoever for (i) injury or bodily harm or (ii) loss of damage to property, howsoever caused, arising from, or in connection with these benefits and privileges.
20. American Express International Inc. reserves the right at any time to withdraw or substitute the offer with other offer(s) without prior notice and without assigning any reason.
21. Merchant’s Terms and Conditions apply. American Express acts solely as payment provider and is not responsible or liable in the event that such services, activities or benefits are not provided or fulfilled by merchant. Card Members acknowledge that any disputes in relation to the above are to be directed solely to the merchant providing such services, activities or benefits.
22. In the event of any dispute, the decision of American Express and the merchant shall be final.
