NOOK by Platinum



In partnership with 15 Stamford by Alvin Leung, Centurion and Platinum Charge Members can now enjoy a private sanctuary within The Capitol Kempinski Hotel Singapore. Enjoy the privacy of your own space where you can mingle with fellow Members, and access an exclusive food menu designed by three Michelin-starred Chef Alvin Leung, along with a newly curated list of Robert Parker rated wines at attractive prices by Park 90. Each Centurion and Platinum Member can enjoy a glass of welcome drink per visit. 
Guests can also enjoy the full 15 Stamford by Alvin Leung restaurant menu within the privacy of NOOK by Platinum upon request.

Designed to provide a brief respite away from the bustling city vibes of the area, Members are welcome to pop by the space in the day to people-watch and read a book or catch up with the news, or in the evenings for quiet time with friends or family over a glass of wine.

40% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Meunier. A dry and crisp Champagne perfect to start the evening with, with notes of crunchy green apples, summer pear and lime zest

Fermented and aged only in stainless steel tanks, this wine emphasises freshness and minerality, coupled with flavours of mirabelle plum, ripe pineapples and meyer lemons

A quality Bordeaux estate owned by Vicki Zhao Wei, this wine has flavours of dark cherries, wild strawberries and milk chocolate, with ripe and refined tannins.

100% Pinot Noir 


Generous in fruit with notes of pomegranate, forest cherries and redcurrants, it also has hints of savoury dried herb and forest floor. 




















Chef Alvin Leung

The self-proclaimed ‘Demon Chef’ has no formal kitchen training, yet is one of the rare self-taught chefs to have a three Michelin-starred establishment. As chef and owner of Hong Kong’s Bo Innovation, his cuisine is lauded for modernising traditional recipes with techniques and flavors in tune with contemporary palates. Leung’s flair and personality has made him a familiar face on TV as a judge on MasterChef Canada and the host of The Maverick Chef, Wok Stars and Wok The World amongst other programmes.
