Returning again are beautifully decorated hand-drawn illustrations and specially designed wrapping paper exclusive for Centurion and Platinum Charge Card Members.
Christmas is a season for gifting and receive special gifts throughout the 24 days of Christmas, upon minimum spend at ION Orchard.

Personalised Gift Wrapping Service
Gifting has been made personal with American Express. Choose between different gift wrapping paper, gift tags and illustrations, with an option of including a personal message for the recipient, making your gift one of a kind.
To enjoy the complimentary gift wrapping service, the gift has to be bought using either The Centurion® Card or The Platinum Card® (excludes Platinum Credit Card Members who are not already Platinum Charge Members).
Simply present your Card and the receipt of gift payment at The American Express Christmas Pop-up located in ION Orchard to enjoy complimentary gift wrapping service.
- Centurion: Unlimited gifts per day from Monday to Thursday and 30 gifts per day from Friday to Sunday.
- Platinum: Limited to 50 gifts per day from Monday to Thursday and 20 gifts per day from Friday to Sunday.
Alternate days collection service is also available upon request.

Give yourself a treat whilst Christmas shopping at ION Orchard with different giveaway every week as illustrated below. Each Account is restricted to one redemption per item.
Qualifying spend is any spending at ION Orchard with either The Centurion Card or Platinum Card. For redemption of gift item, simply present your eligible Card and the receipts (restricted to 4 recipts per redemption) of qualifying spend at The American Express Christmas Pop-up located in ION Orchard, #03-14A.

Christmas Claw Machine
For every S$100 spent at ION Orchard, receive 2 chances at the claw machine within The American Express Christmas Pop-up (limited to five redemptions per day).
Gifts within the claw machine includes wines, champagnes, dining vouchers to Membership Rewards® points.
1. Personalised Gift Wrapping Service
- Complimentary gift wrapping service is only available for gifts purchased with The Centurion Card or The Platinum Card (excludes Platinum Credit Card Members who are not already Platinum Charge Members). Receipt for gift purchase has to be presented upon gift collection for verification purposes.
- Complimentary gift wrapping service is valid only when The Centurion Card or The Platinum Card (excludes Platinum Credit Card Members who are not already Platinum Charge Members) is presented at the time of request for the gift wrapping service.
- Complimentary gift wrapping service is available for gifts purchased from any location, within or out of ION Orchard.
- Complimentary gift wrapping service is limited to:
- Unlimited gifts per Centurion Member, per day from Monday to Thursday and limited to 30 gifts per Centurion Member per day from Friday to Sunday.
- 50 gifts per Platinum Member, per day from Monday to Thursday and limited to 20 gifts per Platinum Member per day from Friday to Sunday.
- Complimentary gift wrapping service is only available at The American Express Christmas Booth at ION Orchard, #03-14A, from 1 December till 24 December 2018.

2. 24 Days of Giving
- Different items will be given out every week according to the following promotion mechanics:
1 - 9 Dec 2018: Upon cumulative spend of S$5,000 at ION Orchard, redeem a Mont Blanc Rollerball pen. (Limited to first 70 redemptions)
10 - 16 Dec 2018: Upon cumulative spend of S$4,000 at ION Orchard, redeem a bottle of Chateau Peyrabon 2015. (Limited to first 100 redemptions)
17 - 24 Dec 2018: Upon cumulative spend of S$2,000 at ION Orchard, redeem a TWG Tea set. (Limited to first 300 redemptions) - Cumulative Spend at ION Orchard must be made with either The Centurion Card or The Platinum Card (excludes Platinum Credit Card Members who are not already Platinum Charge Members).
- Each Account is limited to a maximum of 1 redemption per gift item during the promotion period (Supplementary Card submissions will count towards the Basic Account).
- Redemption is only available at The American Express Christmas Experience at ION Orchard #03-14A.
- Gift Items are not exchangeable for credit, cash or other goods/services in kind.

- Each Card Member is limited to a maximum of 5 redemptions per day.
- Redemption is only available at The American Express Christmas Experience at ION Orchard #03-14A.
- Gift Items from the claw machine are not exchangeable for credit, cash or other goods/services in kind.
- American Express reserves the rights not to replace lost or damaged Gift Items.
