Terms and Conditions on new Card program
1. This Offer is only applicable to first-time applicants of American Express® Gold Card issued by American Express (Thai) Co.,
Ltd. who meet the following criteria
-Apply for the Card and receive approval from 15 May 2021 - 30 June 2022
- Pay the first year annual Card membership fee of Baht 3,210 (inclusive of VAT)
2. Card members who have existing or cancelled their Cards issued by American Express (Thai) Co., Ltd. in the last 12 months
are not eligible for the Welcome Offer.
3. Receive a Baht 2,000 Central Gift Voucher when you meet the spend threshold of Baht 10,000 within the first 30 days of Card
membership and receive additional 19,900 BONUS Membership Rewards points if you spend Baht 20,000 more within the
first 3 months of Card membership.
4. The Baht 2,000 Central Gift Voucher will be sent to the eligible Basic Card member's billing address within 6-8 weeks from the
month of meeting the spend threshold of Baht 10,000 within the first 30 days of Card membership. Central Group of
Company reserves the rights in all Terms and Conditions.
5. The 19,900 BONUS Membership Rewards points will be credited directly into the eligible Basic Card member's account
within 6-8 weeks from the month of meeting the spend threshold of Baht 30,000 (the first Baht 10,000 + additional Baht
20,000 within the first 3 months of Card membership.
6. Spend on the Supplementary Card (s) shall accrue to the Basic Card member.
7. Should the Card member ceases to be a Card member within the first 12 months of Card membership for any reason
whatsoever, American Express reserves the right at its sole discretion to deduct the BONUS Membership Rewards points or
charge the Basic Card member’s account without prior notice, for the amount of the BONUS Membership Rewards
points and Central Gift Voucher received under these Terms and Conditions, in proportion to the period that he/she ceases to
be a Card member.
8. To qualify for this offer, your Card Account must be in good standing and not be cancelled for any reason.
9. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions for The American Express Gold Card.
10. The BONUS Membership Rewards points cannot be refunded, transferred, redeemed or exchanged to cash or other
benefits in kind.
11. American Express reserves the right to substitute the offer with other items of the similar value without prior notice.
12. American Express reserves the right to vary or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time in compliance with any
applicable laws and regulations.
13. In the event of any dispute arising from this privilege, the decision of American Express shall be final and binding all related parties.
