Benefit available only for main Platinum® Cardmembers (“Eligible Cardmembers”). Eligible Cardmembers do not include Supplementary Cardmembers, International Currency Platinum Dollar, International Currency Platinum Euro, and Platinum Cashback Cardmembers.
Eligible Cardmembers must enrol in advance to register for the Benefit. To enrol visit www.americanexpress.co.uk/benefitstatus. Benefit will not be applied if a reservation with onefinestay is made before enrolment.
Benefit will be applied to Eligible Cardmember’s Account in the form of a statement credit in GBP (£). The statement credit amount will be converted from USD$200 into GBP (£) at the American Express Exchange Rate prevailing on the date the statement credit is applied to the Eligible Cardmember’s account.
Benefit will generally be credited to Cardmembers’ Account within 5 business days of completing reservation, however this may take up to 90 days. Statement credit may be reversed if reservation is cancelled. Statement credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products.
Benefit valid for reservations made between 11 June 2019 up to and including 31 May 2021, for travel starting from 11 June 2019 and completed by, and including, 31 May 2022. Credit redemption may be repeated on new reservations during the validity period.
Benefit available once per account per stay and is applicable to reservations of a minimum one night’s stay. A stay is considered a single reservation at an eligible home. Back to back stays, within a 24-hour period at the same property, are considered one stay. Credit valid on new reservations only. Reservations are subject to availability at time of enquiry.
Eligible Cardmember must travel on the reservation and, at the time of reservation, payment must be made in full with a Platinum card in the Eligible Cardmember’s name. Benefit will not apply if reservation is made by redeeming a gift card or redeeming loyalty points, including Membership Rewards points. Benefit will not apply if reservation is made through a third party travel agency or via a third party payment processor.
Eligible Cardmember may not receive the statement credit in any month in which they have missed the monthly payment on their Card. If the Card is suspended or cancelled, the statement credit will not be applied.
Credit is combinable with any other publically available offer promoted by onefinestay.

American Express will try to give you reasonable notice of any such incident and take reasonable steps to ensure you are not unfairly impacted if the incident is due to something American Express have done or failed to do. American Express reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual suspected of fraud, gaming the benefit or any breach of the Benefit Terms from receiving the benefit.
