            • 1. Membership Rewards Programme: Enrolment required. Annual programme fee to enrol a Green and Gold Corporate Card is £30 + VAT. No enrolment fee applies to Corporate Platinum Card. Co-branded Corporate Cards are not eligible for enrolment. Participating Membership Rewards partners, available rewards, and point levels are subject to change without notice. Eligibility is based upon company's participation in the Membership Rewards programme. Membership Rewards points are not earned on Balance Transfers, Cash Advances, American Express Travellers’ Cheques purchases, Foreign Exchange transactions, interest, any spending in excess of your credit limit, charges for returned payments, late payment or referral changers and American Express Credit Card finance charges.
            • 2. Concierge services: There is typically no cost to you for the efforts Concierge consultants perform on your behalf, although you are responsible for any purchases and/or shipping charges you authorize.

            • 4. Express Cash: Requires company participation and Cardmember enrolment. Subject to terms and conditions. Please note that Express Cash application is subject to approval and activation. Cash access is granted subject to and governed by the terms of the agreement between American Express and your Company and may be withdrawn at your Company’s request at any time.
            • 5. Global Assist Hotline: You must arrange all medical and visitor transportation. As the Global Assist Hotline is an assistance service, we cannot reimburse you for expenses you incur on your own. Please refer to the Global Assist Summary of Coverage for additional details and restrictions.
            • 6. Lounge Access on American Express Corporate Gold: Cardmember enrolment required. Use the enrolment form provided with your welcome communication to sign up for LOUNGE CLUB™ membership. The first two visits per LOUNGE CLUB™ membership year at participating lounges are complimentary for members. Cardmembers can either take a guest and visit once or go on their own and visit twice. A payable fee of £20 per visit applies after that and will be charged to your designated American Express Corporate Gold Card. LOUNGE CLUB™ terms and conditions apply.             • 7. Lounge Access on American Express Corporate Platinum Card: Complimentary access to over 700 Priority Pass lounges. Terms and conditions apply.
            • 8. Companies participating in the British Airways American Express Corporate Card Programme earn 50% more On Business Points than the base On Business membership earn. Flights must be purchased on the Card. On Business Points are earned on all British Airways fares including franchisees but excluding codeshare partners and oneworld® alliances. On Business flights and flight upgrades are subject to applicable taxes, fees, carrier charges and surcharges. Flights can be redeemed on British Airways, Iberia and American Airlines; flight upgrades can be applied to British Airways and Iberia flights.             • 9. Companies will receive 2,500 On Business Points per British Airways American Express Corporate Card Plus Cardmember, who achieves a spend threshold of £25,000 on the Card within a 12-month period commencing on the issue date or an anniversary of the Card issue date. Spend excludes any cash withdrawals, American Express travellers cheque purchases, foreign exchange transactions or fees. 2,500 On Business Points are enough to redeem one economy return flight to Band 1 Europe. British Airways On Business terms and conditions apply to On Business Points redemptions - detailed information can be found at www.britishairways.com/travel/on-business-terms-conditions
            • 10. For the British Airways American Express Corporate Card, you will be awarded 1 Avios for every £1 of eligible spend on the Card. For the British Airways American Express Corporate Card Plus, you will be awarded 1.5 Avios for every £1 of eligible spend on the Card and 3 Avios when you spend direct with British Airways. Avios will not accrue in respect of any cash withdrawals, American Express travellers cheque purchases, foreign exchange transactions or fees. Avios will accrue in respect of spending in each month provided your account is not more than 60 days overdue. Avios will not accrue in respect of amounts which are subsequently recredited to your account because of refunds. British Airways Executive Club terms and conditions apply to Avios redemptions and detailed information can be found at britishairways.com/executive-club/terms-and-conditions
            • 11. The maximum payment period on purchases is 55 calendar days and is obtained only if you spend on the first day of the new statement period and repay the balance in full on the due date. No pre-set spending limit does not mean unlimited spending. Purchasing power can adjust with your Card, your payment history, credit record, financial resources known to us, and other factors. We reserve the right to apply temporary spending limits in accordance with the Cardmember Agreement.

Zero Commission on Foreign Exchange: To qualify for 0% commission, you must show your American Express Corporate Platinum Card along with a government issued ID in the same name at time of currency exchange.
