What are the benefits of using OMS to manage my account online?

How do I enrol in OMS to manage my account online?
First, create your American Express User ID and Password. Then have the following information handy: your name, phone number, postcode, e-mail address, your American Express Merchant number, payee Merchant number, bank sort code and bank account number. What information can I access if I register for OMS?
When you enrol in OMS, you can select what information you want to see and manage online: Payments, Disputes and Account information. In Payments, you can see all your submissions, view pending payments and sign up to receive your monthly e-statement. In Disputes, you can receive notification of new and urgent disputes, respond to disputes online with supporting documentation, and track cases and updates. In Account Information, you can update your account specifics and preferences. Depending on how you submit transactions to American Express, the Disputes functionality may not be available to all Merchants at this time.
Can I utilise OMS to update or correct information about my American Express Merchant account?
OMS gives you 24/7 access to update your Merchant account information. After you have enrolled and logged in to OMS, make sure you have selected 'Update Your Merchant Account' in the Enrolment Options section. What is the Secure Message Centre?
The Secure Message Centre gives you a secure e-mail channel to ask questions or request maintenance that is specific to your account. As an alternative to calling customer service, the Secure Message Centre gives you another convenient way to communicate with American Express at any time.
Is there a fee for any of the OMS tools?
