How do I reset my Online Account password?


If you have forgotten your password, don’t worry – it’s simple to sort it online by following these steps:

  • Visit the forgotten password page.
  • Enter your Card details in the fields provided and click “Continue”.
  • Answer a security question in the field provided. If you prefer, you can click “Use a different verification method” to receive a one-time passcode (OTP) via text message or email. Enter the 6-digit code sent to you into the field provided and click “Continue” (be careful to enter the 6-digit code within the message we send to you, which is different from the phone number we message you from).
  • You may also be asked for additional security information, such as the 3-digit number on the back of your Card, so please have this ready.
  • On the next screen, you’ll be asked to enter a new password. Please make sure it follows the criteria on the right-hand side.
  • You will need to re-enter your new password to confirm, and then click “Continue”.
  • That’s it. Your password has been reset and you can log in as normal.

 
If you have been in touch with us over the phone and we have issued you a temporary password, please follow these steps:

  • Visit the login page.
  • Enter you User ID and temporary password in the fields provided and click “Log in”.
  • On the next screen, you will need to enter your temporary password again in the “current password” field. You can then enter a new password, ensuring that it follows the criteria on the right-hand side.
  • You will need to re-enter your new password to confirm, and then click “Continue”.
  • That’s it. Your password has been reset and you can log in as normal.
