Pending Transactions are subject to change until the final transaction amount is charged. As a result, we cannot dispute a Pending Transaction and we recommend that you allow about four business days for the charge to appear in your Processed Transactions before raising your dispute. If you suspect that your Card is lost or stolen and may have been misused after this period, please call the number on the back of your Card and we will be happy to assist you. Once the transaction is billed on your statement you can dispute a transaction on your Online Account or set up an Online Account if you do not have one.
These have a slightly different authorisation process, and so may not appear in your pending transactions.
