I have been charged more than once for the same goods or service.

Whether it’s two identical amounts (in which case we’ll usually credit one back straight away and charge the company in question) or something you paid for using a different means i.e. cash‚ cheque or another card (in which case we’ll need proof of alternate payment before we apply the credit).
