OUTCOME ONE
The company that actioned the charge has accepted the error and provided your refund‚ meaning the temporary credit we placed on your account is now permanent.
 
OUTCOME TWO
We have sent you information from the company confirming the reason for the missing refund‚ which you agree with. In this instance‚ the temporary credit will be removed from your account and you will need to pay the charge on your next statement. We will write to you to confirm this.
 
Please note that every inquiry is dealt with on an individual basis, so we will pursue anything you are still unhappy with until such time that it is necessary for you to take up the query directly with the company.
