OUTCOME ONE
The company that actioned the charge has accepted the error and credited back the charge meaning that the temporary credit we placed on your account is now permanent
 
OUTCOME TWO
We have sent you information on the charge from the company and you have recognised it as one you made. In this instance‚ the temporary credit will be removed from your account and you will need to make payment on your next statement. We will write to you to confirm this.
