ACL Fest 2023 Card Member Perks Terms & Conditions
The following perks may be redeemed with your Festival wristband when you register your American Express® Card for ACL Cashless payments via wristband, or as otherwise provided below. For the terms associated with registration and use of ACL Cashless payments, managed by Front Gate Ticketing Solutions LLC (“Front Gate”), click here. Be sure to register your American Express Card before the Festival weekend begins, as some of the benefits may take 24 hours to activate on your wristband.
One-Time $5 Cashless Spend Credit
Get a one-time $5 Cashless spend credit (“Credit”) applied to your Festival wristband when you register your American Express® Card for ACL Cashless payments. Credit is only valid for the Festival day or weekend for which your wristband was purchased. No Credit will be provided for registrations made after 9:40PM CST on the Sunday of the applicable Festival weekend. If Credit is unused at the end of the Festival weekend, it will be forfeited. Credit may be used for purchases at all on-site merchants at the Festival. Not valid for online purchases. Credit may be combined with other payment methods to make purchases that are greater than $5. Front Gate Cashless Registration Terms, including no refunds and exchanges for purchases made with ACL Cashless payments, also apply. All American Express Cards are eligible to receive the Credit.
American Express® Card Member Club
Access is subject to capacity. Card Members may obtain access to the Lounge by showing any valid American Express Card or scanning their Festival wristband that has a valid Amex Card linked to it. Card Members are allowed to bring two (2) guests with them to the Club, subject to capacity restrictions. All perks within the Club are available while supplies last. Drinks at the bar in the Amex Lounge are not complimentary and can be paid for using an American Express Card. Must be 21 or older to consume alcohol. Drink responsibly.
American Express Card Member Merch Fast Lane
The Merch Fast Lane is only available for Card Members (guests are not permitted) and is located outside of the Merch Palace. Card Members may obtain access to the fast lane by showing any valid American Express Card and must use their Card to purchase.
American Express Cashless Entrances
The Cashless Entrances are located at the Barton Springs Road Entrance (Barton Springs West) and the Lady Bird Lake Entrance. These entrances are available for all Card Members & their guests (no limit) to enter. Card Members may obtain entry by showing any valid American Express Card or scanning their Festival wristband that has a valid Amex Card linked to it.
The Centurion® Lounge at Austin City Limits Festival Terms & Conditions
Guest Policy:
Platinum Card Members may bring one (1) guest with them to the Lounge and Centurion Members may bring up to three (3) guests.
Access Policy:
To access The Centurion Lounge at Austin City Limits (“ACL”), Platinum Card and Centurion Members must present the lounge agent with an eligible Platinum or Centurion Card issued in their name. You must present your physical Card or your Card within your digital wallet to enter. A photo of a Platinum Card or Centurion Card will not be considered acceptable for entry. Card Members and any accompanying guest(s) must enter the lounge at the same time. Card Members can access the lounge during festival hours, 12pm-10pm on Fridays and 11am-10pm on Saturdays and Sundays. Access is subject to space availability and capacity restrictions.
Perks:
Card Members are eligible to receive one (1) complimentary drink per day and one (1) food token per day to redeem inside the Lounge. Guests of Card Members are also eligible for one (1) food token per day, subject to availability. Any additional drinks at the bar in the Lounge can be purchased using an American Express Card. Must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcoholic beverages. Please drink responsibly.
Soliciting other Card Members for access into our Lounge is not permissible. American Express will not be liable for any articles lost or stolen or damages suffered by visitors to The Centurion Lounge. By attending the event, you are voluntarily assuming any and all risks related to your attendance and you will not hold American Express, its partners, representatives, or agents, liable for any risks, injuries, or illness in connection with your attendance at the event. If we in our sole discretion determine that you have engaged in abuse, misuse, or gaming in connection with Lounge access in any way or that you intend to do so, we may remove access to The Centurion Lounge from the Platinum or Centurion Account. Use of The Centurion Lounge is subject to all rules and conditions set by American Express. American Express reserves the right to revise the rules at any time without notice. American Express also reserves the right to remove any person from any event for inappropriate behavior or failure to adhere to the rules, including, but not limited to, conduct that is disruptive, abusive, or violent.
All perks are provided “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Perks are provided on a first come, first serve basis. American Express does not guarantee every Card Member will be able to redeem every perk. Perks cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, or substituted. $5 Spend Credit is not fulfilled by American Express and American Express is not responsible for the fulfillment of such Credit. Fulfillment of the $5 Spend Credit and ACL Cashless payments is the responsibility of Front Gate. Front Gate and American Express reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend these perks should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, technical issues, fraud, abuse, misuse or other causes beyond their reasonable control corrupt or affect the administration, security, or proper conduct of the benefits or ACL Cashless payments.

2023 ACL Member Collectibles Bandana Offer Terms:
Bandanas are only available within the American Express® Experience, while supplies last. Offer is redeemable to a festival attendee who can show an Amex representative they possess two (2) or more Amex 2023 POAP tokens or one (1) Amex 2023 POAP token and at least one (1) Amex 2022 POAP token. Bandanas are first come, first serve. Amex does not guarantee that everyone who wishes to redeem the offer will have the opportunity to do so. Limit one (1) bandana per person for the entire festival. Any attempt by a festival attendee to obtain more than one (1) bandana may result in disqualification from this offer. Bandana is provided "as is" with no warry or guarantee, either express or implied. Offer cannot be redeemed for cash, substituted or transferred. Offer can be modified or cancelled at any time. Void where prohibited.
