  • Service with Memory: When you call for service, a smarter voice response system recognizes your recent activity online and in the app, and can offer a shortcut to the right option or care professional for assistance.
     
  • More Places to Use the Card: Over one million more places in the U.S. started accepting American Express Cards in 2016, providing Card Members even more places to use their cards.
