We review our Privacy Notice and Online Privacy Statement regularly to provide our customers with a up-to-date information about how we collect and use their information as well as the privacy choices we offer. We offer a number of privacy choices depending on the American Express product you have or the service you use. You can review these in the “What are your choices” section of the Online Privacy Statement.
You can choose how you would like to receive direct marketing communications - whether we send them to you through postal mail, email and/or telephone. If you choose not to receive marketing communications from us, we will honor your choice. If you choose not to receive these communications, you may no longer learn about products, services, and features - including discounts and other special offers - that we believe may be of interest to you. We will still send you communications to service your account, fulfill your requests, or administer any promotion or program in which you have elected to participate.
Card Members can log in to their card accounts at americanexpress.com to update or correct their Personal Information. They can also call the number on the back of their card. Non-Card Members can call the customer service number associated with their product or service.
