• This offer is valid for "new enrollees" of the Premium Shipping Plan only.
• Customers may enroll in the Premium Shipping Plan via the American Express "My
Card Account"/Gift Card Account portal on americanexpress.com and receive unlimited
shipping for one year.
• During this promotion, customers who have enrolled in the Premium Shipping Plan
may use the Plan at no cost for the first ninety (90) days after enrollment ("Trial
• The Premium Shipping Plan membership fee of $99 per year will be charged to customers

Benefits of Participation:
If you have a My Card Account (“MYCA Account”)
and an online account for ordering Gift Cards (“Gift Card Account”) on the American
Express website, you may enroll in the American Express Premium Shipping Plan. The
Plan entitles you to free next day shipping for all eligible orders within a twelve
(12) month period from the date you signed up for the Plan. There is no minimum
dollar purchase requirement for receiving free next day shipping for a particular
order. However, after signing up for Shipping Plan, you shall be charged the annual
membership fee of $99.00 US Dollars which shall be billed to your credit or charge
card at the same time we process a gift card order for you. “Next day shipping”
usually means that the order is expected to arrive the next business day after it
is shipped. However, delivery also depends in part on third party shipping constraints
and policies, inventory availability, order deadlines, and in some cases, on the
shipping address. Please note that all orders, including customized product orders,
require a processing period before the order is shipped which is separate from the
shipping timeframe. Processing time varies by product as indicated on the order
processing screen on the website. Membership in the Plan is non-transferable. Also,
a member under age 21 may use the TRS Web site only with involvement of a parent
or guardian. If you are ordering on behalf of a business or corporate entity, please
note the Purchaser Agreement as well as these Terms apply.
The Plan is available only for certain products
as expressly indicated on the American Express website. The Plan must be used by
you to ship American Express products to addresses within the continental United
States, Alaska, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO (and U.S. territories, possessions and protectorates).
Please note that due to legislative restrictions, please note that American Express
does not ship gift card products to Hawaii, Connecticut, Vermont and New Hampshire.
No international deliveries will qualify for shipment through the Plan.
Plan members are not permitted to purchase for the purpose of resale. In addition,
if you are ordering on behalf of a business, you agree not use the Plan to ship
products directly to your customers or potential customers at multiple addresses.
You must have an active Americanexpress.com MYCA Account
and Gift Card Account to sign up for and use the American Express Premium Shipping
Plan. Only purchases made through your MYCA Account and Gift Card Account may qualify
for American Express Premium Shipping Plan. We reserve the right to accept or refuse
to enroll you in the Plan, in our discretion. We shall notify you if we refuse to
enroll you in the Plan. You may not transfer or assign your membership in this Service,
or its respective benefits, except as otherwise allowed by us. Some special product,
order, handling fees and/or taxes may still apply to eligible purchases and if applicable,
will be disclosed at the time of your order. If only some items in your order are
eligible for the Service, you will pay applicable charges for the ineligible items.
Changing or combining orders, or changing your shipping address, or preferences
might affect eligibility or use of the Plan and/or its benefits. Please note:
• Our carriers usually do not pick-up or deliver packages on weekends or holidays
(though American Express Premium Shipping Plan members may be eligible for special
shipping options on qualifying purchases or deliveries, in our discretion);
• We do not guarantee delivery of products within the estimated transit time or
by the estimated delivery date.
• This Service is not available for members who purchase products for the purpose
of resale or use this Service to ship products to their customers or potential customers.
• Because a signature is required for receipt of Premium Shipping (Next Day) orders,
shipments to P.O. Box addresses will be sent via USPS and will arrive within 7-10
All sales are final. Refunds or cancellation of Gift Cards is subject to the terms
and conditions in the Cardholder Agreement.
Fees and Renewal:
There is an annual membership fee of ninety-nine
($99.00) US dollars for membership in the Plan. Only credit and charge cards are
eligible for payment of your Plan membership and eligible products ordered through
your MYCA Account and Gift Card Account. We reserve the right to change cards eligible
for payment at any time. The Plan membership fee is non-refundable, except as outlined
below. Your enrollment will automatically expire after one year. You must renew
your membership while placing a Gift Card order via the americanexpress.com/gift
You may cancel your Plan membership and receive
a pro rata refund, if you cancel prior to making any orders which qualify for free
shipping and/or other benefits under the Plan. Your refund will be calculated on
a pro rata basis taking into account the total Membership Fee and the number of
months you have been enrolled in the Plan. You must call 1-877-297-4438 to process
a refund. Please be prepared to provide information related to your Membership including
your name and address.
We sometimes offer certain customers various trial
or other promotional memberships, which are subject to these Terms except as otherwise
stated in the promotional offers. Trial memberships may be cancelled prior to the
end of the trial period.
One time Reorder:
When you log on though your MYCA Account portal
to make a gift card purchase online, you will have the option during the check out
process to use the Reorder Option if you have made a previous order as displayed
in the Order History Section in the MYCA Account Management Screen. The “Reorder
Option” is available only for certain orders as indicated on the website. There
is no cost for this Service. We reserve the right to make changes at any time to
those orders for which the Reorder Option is available without notice to you.
Clicking on this Reorder Option will take you directly to the check out page where
your order information fields (for example, name, shipping address, amount and item
description) will be populated with same information from the last order you made
with us. After you review the order information, you must select “submit” to make
your order. If you choose, you may make any necessary changes to the order and shipping
information on the page before you submit your order to us. All Reorders will be
shipped by us as selected by you. Delivery is also subject to third party shipping
constraints and policies, inventory availability, order deadlines, and in some cases,
on the shipping address.
All sales are final. Refunds or returns of Gift Cards are subject to the Cardholdholder
Agreement terms and conditions.
Recurring Order Option:
When you log on though your MYCA Account portal
to make a purchase online through your Gift Card Account, you will have the option
during the check out process to select the Recurring Order Option. There is no cost
for the Recurring Order Option. We reserve the right to make changes at any time
to those orders for which this Option is available without notice to you.
Clicking on the link for Recurring Order Option, will allow us to subsequently process
that same order (e.g. item and amount) on a monthly or quarterly basis for you.
In addition to selecting the frequency of your delivery, you will also be asked
to select a start date and end date. You may cancel future recurring orders at any
time by processing your cancellation through the MYCA Account and Gift Card Account
You will not be allowed to make changes to the order or shipping information for
Recurring Orders. For example you may not make changes to shipping options, or delivery
address. If it is necessary to change any information, you must cancel your Recurring
Order and make a new order.
All Recurring Orders will be shipped using the information from the original order.
All orders, once submitted and processed, are final. Refunds or returns of Gift
Cards are subject to the terms and conditions in the Cardholder Agreement. If you
want to cancel the Recurring Order option, you may do so via MYCA Account or by
Changes to Terms:
We may make changes to these Terms, Amex's general
Conditions of Use and Privacy Notice, or any aspect of the Plan or the Service,
in our discretion, without notice to you. If any change is found invalid, void,
or for any reason unenforceable, that change is severable and does not affect the
validity and enforceability of any remaining changes or conditions. YOUR CONTINUED
MEMBERSHIP OR USE OF SERVICES AFTER WE CHANGE THESE TERMS CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE
OF THE CHANGES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY CHANGES, YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP
AND/OR DISCONTINUE YOUR USE OF THE PLAN OR SERVICE.
Termination by Us:
We may terminate your participation in the Plan
or other Services at our discretion if we determine in our discretion, that your
usage of the Plan or other Services violates these Terms or any applicable law,
involves fraud or misuse, or is harmful to our interests or another user. Our failure
to insist upon or enforce your strict compliance with these Terms will not constitute
a waiver of any of our rights.
Limitation of Liability:
IN ADDITION TO OTHER LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS
AMEX'S CONDITIONS OF USE
, IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS,
EMPLOYEES, AGENTS OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL,
INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES OF ANY KIND,
ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TOTHE PLAN. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT,
WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE, WILL NOT EXCEED THE LAST ANNUAL
MEMBERSHIP FEE YOU PAID. THESE EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY WILL APPLY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW AND WILL SURVIVE CANCELLATION OR TERMINATION
OF YOUR PLAN MEMBERSHIP. CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION
OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS
OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MIGHT HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.
These Terms and all questions about their legality,
enforceability and interpretation, are governed by the laws of the State of New
York, USA (without regard to internal principles of conflicts of law).
