They were raised up among scents, dishes and served tables at their parent’s restaurant bar, Can Roca. Since 1986 they run El Celler de Can Roca, the trio's dreamt innovative restaurant. Deeply committed to creativity, Joan is the savory mind of the project, Josep the liquid one and Jordi completes the experience as the sweet and rebel mind. The BBVA ambassador’s restaurant has been named two times the best restaurant in the world by The World's 50 Best Restaurants and shines with three Michelin stars since 2009.
