Why is my FICO® Score showing up as N/A or not available?

If you're logged into your online account and your FICO® Score is showing as N/A or not available, we encourage you to check back again soon.

At times, we aren't able to provide your FICO® Score. Here's some information to help you understand why your score may not be available:

  • If you're a new Card Member, your FICO® Score will typically be available within 24 to 48 hours.

  • You'll need to make sure that your contact information, including your full name, home billing address (cannot be a PO Box) and phone number, is up to date in your online account.

  • You can also go to annualcreditreport.com to make sure the credit bureaus have your correct information on file.

If you are unable to access your FICO score, you can also sign up for MyCredit Guide at no charge to see your detailed TransUnion® credit report updated weekly upon login, get alerts, and use the credit score simulator. MyCredit Guide is available for free even if you are not an American Express® Card Member.
