What types of documents are stored within my online account and how can I access them?

If you've provided consent to receive Paperless delivery of statements and account communications, your Membership Rewards® Terms & Conditions will be stored in the "Documents" tab within your online account. Basic Card Members and Authorized Account Managers can access the "Documents" tab here.

You'll receive an email notification when new account communications are available online. Documents will be stored for 12 months and you can easily download them and save copies.
