Can I use my Card to withdraw cash at an ATM?

Our Express Cash and Cash Advance programs allow you the convenience of using your Card, along with a designated PIN (Personal Identification Number) to withdraw cash at participating ATM locations worldwide. Depending on the type of Card you have, you may have Express Cash or Cash Advance.

• Express Cash requires enrollment and allows enrolled Card Members to withdraw cash from a designated bank account at participating ATMs.
• Cash Advance allows Card Members to withdraw cash charged to their Card account at participating ATMs up to the Limit on cash advances.

For Card Members with Cash Advance, you can view or change your PIN at any time by logging into your online account and going to the Card Management section. If you do not see your PIN, you can call us anytime to request one at 1-800-227-4669. For Card Members eligible for Express Cash enrollment, you can also call us at the same number to enroll your Card account and receive a PIN.
