Where do I send additional documentation for an existing billing inquiry?

You can send us information regarding your billing inquiry or dispute by:

• Uploading your documents through the Document Upload Center
• Faxing your documents to 1-623-444-3001
• Mailing your documents to American Express Customer Service, P.O. Box 981535, El Paso, TX 79998

To help us process your request as quickly as possible, please include your account number and inquiry reference number on all documents.
