My application for a Card was declined for reasons I don't understand. What should I do?


If your application for a Card was declined, you should have received a letter from us letting you know the reasons for the decline. If we considered information from the credit bureaus in our decision, the letter lists the credit bureaus that provided us with the information.

You can also call us at 1-800-567-1083, and one of our Customer Care Professionals can provide any additional information that they may have.

For questions about your credit report, or if you believe the information that we received from the credit bureaus is incorrect, we recommend you contact the credit bureau directly. You can request a copy of your credit report to help you resolve any inaccuracies.
