What if my vendor doesn't want to share their ACH banking information with me? Can they provide it directly to American Express?

At this time, we cannot have your vendor provide us with the information directly. However, we have created a Vendor Information Form that you can download and send to your vendor at your discretion. The form explains why we need their ACH bank account information to facilitate the payment to them, and it's easy for them to fill out electronically. After the vendor sends the completed form back to you, you will need to enter the information on the "Add a Vendor" tab within your Vendor Dashboard.
