With Secure Message Center, you can submit Merchant Account questions or servicing requests by email at any time, and receive a response within one business day. Use Secure Message Center to email us for help with topics such as payments, disputes, merchant account updates, adding business locations, or statement requests.

You can access your Secure Message Center using your existing My Merchant Account/OMS User ID and Password. If you don't already have an active My Merchant Account/OMS profile, enroll today to start using Secure Message Center.

Set automatic Merchant Account Alerts

Choose text message* or email alerts
Account Alerts are a convenient way to stay on top of changes to your Merchant Account. We'll let you know right away when key account information has been updated, or a deposit has been posted to your Merchant bank Account.

To set Account Alerts login or enroll to My Merchant Account/OMS. You can choose to receive your Alerts via text message or email. You can also update or change your Alerts preferences at any time on your Merchant Account/OMS profile.
