Forgot User ID
If you have forgotten your User ID, click "Forgot User ID or Password" within the log in modal on the homepage. You will be asked to input your Email Adress, First Name and Last Name associated with the Account in order to recover your User ID.
If the submission is valid, you will receive an email providing you with your User ID.
