Travel can be purchased online through the Credit One Bank Travel Service Portal, with your Credit One Bank American Express®, Credit One Bank Rewards American Express®, or Credit One Bank NASCAR American Express® Card.
If you need to make changes to your travel itinerary, call a Lifestyle Manager on the number listed on your email confirmation. In certain circumstances, changes may not be possible. If changes are possible, changes to travel itinerary shall be subject to fees charged by Travel Suppliers and subject to the Travel Suppliers’ terms and conditions.
Yes, all travel booked through the card features & benefits portal must be purchased using your Credit One Bank American Express® Card, Credit One Bank Rewards American Express®, or Credit One Bank NASCAR American Express® Card.

Your Card allows you to purchase tickets to certain events before (and after) they go on sale to the general public.
You have access to advance tickets to concerts, Broadway shows, sporting events, etc.
Select the number of tickets and price (if applicable) you would like to buy for a show that has an American Express presale. Search for tickets and follow payment instructions until purchase is confirmed. The only accepted method of payment is a valid American Express® Card.
During the presale period, tickets are available exclusively to all American Express® Cardmembers.
Ticket limit varies by event and is noted on the event’s ticketing page.
