CONNECT offers PenFed Premium Travel Rewards℠ American Express® Cardmembers access to year round air, hotel, car, cruise and vacation benefits. 

 


How do I book my travel?

Offers can be redeemed online through CONNECT or by calling your PenFed Concierge at 1-866-992-2731.


Can I pay for Travel Privileges bookings with my PenFed Premium Travel Rewards points?

Unfortunately, you are not able to use PenFed Premium Rewards points to pay for CONNECT bookings at this time. For questions about the PenFed Premium Travel Rewards program, including assistance on redeeming points, please dial 800-253-8417.

 


How do I change or cancel a purchase of an offer?

Offers can be changed or cancelled by calling your PenFed Concierge at 1-866-992-2731. 

 

 

What are the hours of operation to contact a PenFed Concierge? 


PenFed Concierge service is available 24 hours, 7 days a week. 



Who is eligible to take advantage of offers on the CONNECT?

Offers on the CONNECT website are available to PenFed Premium Travel Rewards℠ American Express® Cardmembers.

Cardmembers are required to validate eligibility when accessing the website and when redeeming an offer. 



Do I have to pay for the offer with my PenFed Premium Travel Rewards℠ American Express® Card? 

Yes, all offers must be booked using your PenFed Premium Travel Rewards℠ American Express® Card.
