In May we re-launched OPEN Forum with a redesigned homepage, new ways to access content that’s important to your business and new avenues for interacting within the community. I promised there would be more changes to come and I’m excited to share with you some of our latest enhancements.

These changes are designed to help you find and explore the information that matters most to you and to help you follow the hot topics that are trending on OPEN Forum:

  • New topic and keyword pages: We’ve fully revamped our topic pages (formerly Idea Hub pages) so that it’s easy for you to see the featured and most recent stories by topic. Additionally, a list of related keywords helps you find other relevant information and a list of topic contributors lets you easily link to posts by your favorite OPEN Forum authors.
  • “Trending Now” widget: A dynamic “top 10” list to show you the hot topics trending across OPEN Forum.
  • Customized news feeds: With a single click at the top of each topic or keyword page, you can get the latest content in the areas that matter to you delivered to your inbox or your favorite news reader.
  • New “Highlights” menu: This menu bar features three topic areas as well as a “see more” drop down list, giving you access to additional topics and special features that may be of interest to you. It’s anchored at the top of the page, meaning it goes with you, even as you scroll down—so it’s always within reach.

We’re continuing to evolve the OPEN Forum platform each day, to create a more dynamic and valuable site experience for you. So, what do you think of the latest changes to OPEN Forum and what else would you like to see? Take some time to look around and share your thoughts in the comments section below.
