Having a well-maintained database/CRM system can help all parties in an organization, but not every system is for every company. How do you find the right one for you?
First, you have to ask the right questions to create a roadmap of what you need. Start with who will be using the system and what are the true needs of those users. Do your research and know the competitive landscape, but also know what you can afford and what your tech team can truly support.
When you've created that roadmap, get buy-in from all the parties. Knowing what each stakeholder must have will help the process in the end to reach a mutual decision.
