Advice Windows Phone, with it's piddling 3% marketshare, is often ignored by many app startups. Microsoft's new DIY app builder makes it pretty simple to build an app without code. App studio is a great way to test the WP8 marketplace, the last piece of undeveloped territory in the mobile world.
