- This lounge is located in the Gateway@klia2 shopping facility, which is located outside of security in klia2. If you are departing from klia2, please allow sufficient time to go through security. Passengers departing from or transiting through KLIA's Main or Satellite Terminals can access this lounge; however, please note that doing so could be very inconvenient and in most cases not recommended, especially if you do not have a long layover and/or are not familiar with the layout of the airport.
- Complimentary alcoholic beverages are limited to beer only. Premium alcoholic drinks are available for an additional fee.
- Children under 2 years old are admitted free with an adult.
- A VIP Room for four persons and meeting facilities for up to 12 persons are available for an additional fee. Please refer to the friendly Guest Service Officers for inquiry.
