American Express’ 2022-2023 Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Report highlights our progress on our ESG strategy and roadmap announced in 2021 to advance our goals across three core pillars: Build Financial Confidence; Advance Climate Solutions; and Promote Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I).
ESG Strategy Pillars
At American Express, our ESG mission is to back people and businesses to thrive and create equitable, resilient, and sustainable communities globally. We seek to mobilize our business to address pressing global challenges and deliver high impact initiatives to serve our colleagues, customers, and communities.
