1. American Express Gold Business Card Dell Technologies Credit Benefit Terms
This benefit is governed by and subject to these Dell Technologies Benefit Terms (‘Benefit Terms’). By enrolling your American Express Gold Business Card account (‘Card’) into the Dell Technologies benefit, you agree to the Benefit Terms.
A. The Benefit
Enrol to the benefit using your eligible Card and spend at Dell Technologies online by visiting www.dell.com.au/amex or by contacting a dedicated Dell Technologies Advisor on 1800-880-855 to receive your transaction amount back as a credit, up to $75 back per Card Account. Valid up to 2 times each year.
Limited to one credit of up to $75 each defined calendar period, per Card Account. The defined calendar periods are between 1 January and 30 June and between 1 July and 31 December. Benefit is limited to a maximum of two credits at a total of $150 each year, per Card Account.
Your Card must be charged prior to the end of each defined calendar period to be eligible for the credit in the defined calendar period.
The benefit description and Benefit Terms are displayed to you prior to enrolling into the benefit. B. Eligible Cards
Only the Primary Card Member can enrol the Card into the benefit. Valid for spend on any Employee Cards under the enrolled Card Account. Not all Cards are eligible for this benefit. If a Card you hold is ineligible, you will not be able to see the benefit, nor will you be able to enrol the Card in the benefit.
If you are issued with a replacement Card after enrolling the Card into the benefit and the benefit is still available, the replacement card will be automatically enrolled into the benefit.
Valid only on transactions made directly with Dell Technologies in Australia at www.dell.com.au/amex or phoning a dedicated Dell Advisor on 1800-880-855. Valid on purchases at Australian website only. Not valid on purchases shipped outside of Australia. Credit should be applied to your Card Account within 5 business days after an eligible transaction is charged to your Card, however this can take up to 60 days. Credit may be reversed if the eligible transaction is subsequently returned or cancelled. If your Card is suspended or cancelled the credit will not be applied to your Card Account, even if you have met the benefit spend criteria. Credit is not redeemable for cash or other payment forms.
If American Express does not receive information that identifies your transaction as eligible for the benefit, you will not receive the credit. Transactions made using third party payment processors or payment aggregators are excluded.
D. Your Account Payments
You must continue to make all payments to your Card Account in full when they are due. If you don’t, your participation in the benefit may be cancelled and may affect your eligibility to participate in future benefits.
E. Fraud / Gaming / Glitches
American Express can suspend or cancel the benefit if any fraud or gaming by users, technical failure or any other factors outside our control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the benefit which may result in any loss or damage to American Express. We will try to give you reasonable notice of any such incident and take reasonable steps to ensure you are not unfairly impacted if the incident is due to something we have done or failed to do.
American Express reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify you from this or future benefits, if you are suspected of fraud, gaming or are in breach of any of these Benefit Terms.
American Express reserves the right to vary any eligibility criteria or the Benefit Terms prior to you enrolling your eligible Card in the benefit.
G. Privacy & Security
We use your personal information such as name, account number and transaction information to manage your participation in the benefit and track your spend. We will only ever use your personal information strictly in accordance with the [American Express Online Privacy Statement].
