1. Coming Soon: Everyday Rewards
Everyday Rewards will soon join as a new Membership Rewards transfer partner*, giving you the opportunity to redeem your Membership Rewards points for your everyday shopping at Woolworths, BIG W, BWS and EG Ampol. We’ll be in touch again when this new transfer partner becomes available.
2. Changes to Airline Transfer Partners and Redemption Rates from 15 December 2025
We’re making changes to some of our Membership Rewards transfer partners and redemption rates to ensure we continue to deliver you choice and value in our program’s redemption options. These changes will be effective from 15 December 2025.
Firstly, Thai Royal Orchid Plus will no longer be available as a transfer partner from 15 December 2025.
Secondly, there will be changes to your airline redemption rates for the below transfer partners**. When using your Membership Rewards points, they’ll convert at the following rates:

* Everyday Rewards is not available for Card Members enrolled in the following Membership Rewards Tiers: Business Ascent, Corporate Choices and Corporate Membership Rewards
** Airline redemption rate changes are not applicable for Card Members enrolled in the following Membership Rewards Tiers: Business Ascent, Corporate Choices, Corporate Membership Rewards, Spirit and Corporate Spirit
All other Membership Rewards options such as other Transfer Partners, Pay with Points, Gift Cards, Cover Charges with Points and Points for Credit remain unchanged. For details, please visit: amex.com.au/membershiprewards.
The rate at which you earn Membership Rewards points on your spend remains the same and your points continue to have no expiry as long as your Account remains in good standing.
3. Update to your Membership Rewards Terms and Conditions
As part of our regular review process, we have revised several sections and enhanced the layout to help you find information more easily. The updated Membership Rewards Terms and Conditions will be effective from 15 December 2025.

Membership Rewards Terms and Conditions – Business and Corporate:
The information below is a summary of the key changes only and is not exhaustive.

| 2. Linking | We have explicitly prevented linking to another person’s Program Account, including reserving the right to de-link Linked Accounts at our discretion. |
| 3. Earn Points | We’ve updated that fractional Points will be rounded up or down to the nearest whole Point, whereas previously fractional Points did not accumulate. |
| 5. Using Points - General | We have clarified that only the Primary Card Member can redeem Points. We have clarified that the redemption of Points may be subject to third-party terms and conditions. |

| 7. Pay with Points | Online shopping and prepaid travel bookings have been consolidated into one section. We have clarified the process to redeem Pay with Points including that you must have sufficient available funds on your Card for the full transaction, the Points are redeemed at the time of purchase and statement credit applied within 3 business days. |
| 10. Transferring Points | This section replaces the previous section titled ‘Redeeming Frequent Traveller Rewards’. We have clarified that Points can only be transferred to a Loyalty Partner account in the Card Member’s name. We have added that breaches (such as transferring to another person’s account) may result in forfeiture of Points and cancellation of the Program Account. |
| 12. Losing Points | We have clarified that Points may be forfeited not only for overdue accounts but also for breaches of any Card or Program conditions. The scope of prohibited conduct has been expanded to include selling and gaming of Points. The consequences now include suspension, forfeiture, and cancellation of the Program Account or Card. |
| 13. Ending this Agreement | We have added that redemption post-cancellation is limited and must be done via Customer Service. |
| 14. Our Liability to You | We have introduced a limitation to Amex’s liability for indirect, incidental and consequential damages, which is consistent with our Card agreements. |
| 16. Privacy and Personal Information | We have clarified that Privacy is now governed by the Card Member Privacy Statement, with a direct link provided. |

Yes. Under the Membership Rewards Terms and Conditions, we may choose to make changes to the program. We have sought to provide you with as much notice as possible so that you have time to plan ahead of the changes coming into effect.

The last day to transfer points to these airline partners at the current rates will be 14 December 2025. After this date, the new rates will be effective.
The rate at which you earn your Membership Rewards points remains the same, and your points will still have no expiry date as long as your Account remains in good standing.
All eligible Card Members enrolled in Membership Rewards were notified from September 2025. You may have received a notification by email or by letter. A notice has been printed in your monthly statement issued between September and 15 December 2025.
