See How Verifier Works

You agree Verifier Australia Pty Ltd may, on your behalf, request access to information that organisations hold about your superannuation contributions, payroll and employer (for example, super stream services). The request is made on your behalf by Verifier using your right of access to your personal information under the Privacy Act.

You agree that Verifier may extract your income from any income documents you may provide.

You also agree that Verifier may use and disclose that data to calculate your income and give a response to American Express about your income and employment. More information about how Verifier uses, discloses and stores your data is set out in the Verifier Privacy Policy. You can ask American Express to give you access to the data that Verifier obtained on your behalf.

To enable Verifier to find your information and access it on your behalf, American Express will provide Verifier your name, address, mobile number, email address, employment details and date of birth and any known addresses (as provided by you in your credit application).  You can contact American Express to request to see the information provided by Verifier as part of this process.
