Code of Conduct: American Express promotes a safe, enjoyable, and inclusive environment for everyone at any American Express venue or experience. American Express has a no tolerance policy in relation to inappropriate behaviour at any American Express venues or sponsored events (Locations). This includes, but is not limited to, any level of abusive, aggressive, or offensive behaviour toward any American Express/partner/event staff, any Card Members and their guests, or any other guests present within the American Express venue or experience. American Express also promotes responsible consumption of alcohol at its Locations. Should you or any of your guests exhibit (what we deem to be) inappropriate behaviour at any American Express Location, American Express reserves the right to remove the Card Member and/or guest(s) from the venue or experience and prohibit future attendance. American Express also reserves the right to cancel the Card Members’ American Express Card(s) immediately.

Covid Safe Information: The COVID-19 vaccination policy for attendance of experiences will be determined by the venue the event is being held at. Should the venue not have a COVID-19 vaccination policy in place, the policy will be determined pursuant to Government guidelines applicable to the state the event is being held in. While American Express and the venue will take steps to minimise the risks of COVID-19, including complying with all relevant Government guidelines, the Card Member (and guests of the Card Member) acknowledges that these risks cannot be eliminated altogether and agrees not to hold American Express, Lateral Events and the venue responsible in relation to COVID-19. It is also the Card Member’s responsibility to help manage the risks of COVID-19 in the lead up to and at the event to ensure continued safety and compliance with any Government restrictions in place for you and your guests. Any guest participating in the experience who: (a) is feeling unwell or has had any flu-like symptoms within the last 7 days leading up to the event, (b) has tested positive for COVID-19 (c) are awaiting the results of a COVID-19 test, must not attend and you should contact your Relationship Manager immediately. Individual venues and partners may have further requirements, and these will be confirmed closer to the date of the event, in your information pack. Should you attend an event and the Department of Health or other Government Department makes a formal request, you consent to American Express and the venue disclosing your personal information for contact tracing purposes. As the primary ticket purchaser, you are responsible for providing the contact details of all guests in the group.

Photography: Please be aware that photography and filming may take place at all events. By attending these events, you hereby consent to the reproduction and use of your photograph for any or all advertising, promotional and publicity purposes without consideration, compensation, limitation or reservation by American Express Australia Limited or its subsidiaries and affiliates. Please see a member of staff if you do not want to be photographed.

Amex Pre-Sale T&C’s

• The American Express Pre-sale category provides you the opportunity to secure tickets prior to the general public, not to obtain preferential seating. A selection of seating throughout the venue will be made available.
• A limited number of American Express Pre-sale Seats are available and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis until the allocation is exhausted OR the specified end time of the American Express offer occurs – whichever comes first.
• American Express does not charge an additional fee for obtaining pre-sale Seating tickets, however standard handling, booking or transaction fees may apply from individual ticketing agents.
• American Express provides information about the offers that is correct at the time of publication.
• Offers are subject to Terms and Conditions of the relevant participating merchants or promoters providing the offer.
• American Express does not provide any of the good and services relating to the offer and does not make representations or warranties in respect of the offer, goods or services. American Express is not responsible for the offer redemption or fulfilment of this pre-sale.
• Participating ticketing agencies and promoters are solely responsible for offer redemption and fulfilment. In the case of an event cancellation, the participating merchant and/or promoter of the event are solely responsible for any refunds, exchanges or make good of the ticket purchase price.

• Access to the American Express Lounge is open to all Fair Day attendees, including American Express Card Members. Card Members will not receive priority entry to the Lounge at Fair Day.
• Entry is subject to capacity and granted on a first come, first served basis - bookings cannot be made or accepted. Dates and hours of operations are subject to change and wait times may apply.
• Guests must be at least 18 years of age to enter or be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• American Express will not be liable for any articles lost or stolen or damages suffered by guests inside the American Express Lounge.
• Card Members are eligible for one (1) complimentary drink token for use at the Amex Lounge Bar only.

• Access is subject to capacity and granted on a first come, first served basis- bookings cannot be made or accepted.
• Guests must be at least 18 years of age to enter or to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• A range of food and beverages will be available for purchase and subject to availability.
• American Express will not be liable for any articles lost or stolen or damages suffered by guests at the event.
• Please be aware that photography and filming may take place at the event. By attending this event, you hereby consent to the reproduction and use of your photograph for any or all advertising, promotional and publicity purposes without consideration, compensation, limitation, or reservation by American Express Australia Limited or its subsidiaries and affiliates. Please see a member of staff at the entrance to the lounge if you do not want to be photographed.

An exclusive performance of The Veronicas at Amex House event, presented by Amex Travel Tuesday, 28 February 2023 – From 12pm till late

• Amex House is a public event located at the Oxford Hotel, 134 Oxford Street, Darlinghurst NSW 2010.
• Access is subject to capacity and granted on a first come, first served basis- bookings cannot be made or accepted.
• Guests must be at least 18 years of age to enter or to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• The first 400 American Express Card Members to enter Amex House on Tuesday, 28 February 2023 are eligible to receive for one complimentary drink voucher each on arrival. Card Members must present their American Express Card on entry to be eligible for the drink voucher. These cannot be redeemable for cash or other payment form. Drink tokens are not available for guests of Card Members.
• Complimentary MECCA MAX Express Makeovers will be on offer to guests in the Polo Lounge between 12pm-6pm, subject to availability, and will be granted on a first come, first served basis- bookings cannot be made or accepted.
