Somm Membership Fees

The current Somm Cru subscription membership fee is $85 CAD per year, plus applicable taxes. The current Somm Grand Cru subscription membership fee is $130.00 CAD per month or $130 CAD every 3 months, plus applicable taxes. The current Somm Grand Cru Zero subscription membership fee is $130.00 CAD per month or $130.00 CAD every 3 months (as applicable), plus applicable taxes. Somm^™ may change its subscription fees at any time. At the renewal of your discounted 12-month subscription, your American Express Card will be charged the then current regular subscription fee and at all subsequent renewals.

Auto-Renewal

At the end of your 12-month discounted term, your membership will automatically renew at the then current regular membership fee. Before each renewal and at least 14 days before the end of your current 12-month discounted membership, you will receive an email notification from Somm^™. If you do not want to renew, you must cancel your Somm™ subscription membership no later than 24 hours before the end of your subscription period. This excludes residents of Quebec. If you are a resident of Quebec, at the end of your 12-month discounted term, your membership will be terminated and cancelled. At least 14 days before the end of your current discounted membership, you will receive an email notification from Somm^™ notifying you of the membership cancellation. If you want to renew, you will be required to re-enroll in the Somm^™ subscription membership at the regular membership fee.

Cancellation

You may cancel the membership subscription for the Somm Cru, Grand Cru, or Grand Cru Zero at any time prior to the end of your 12-month discounted membership term. To cancel, you can navigate to Somm^™ in-app membership settings and follow the instructions to cancel. More information can be found at https://www.somm.io/faqs.

If your Card Account is cancelled or your Card is replaced during the 12-month discounted membership term, your participation will end and you must re-enroll with your new Card within the Somm^™ mobile application.

We will process your personal information and as always, strictly in accordance with the American Express Online Privacy Statement. Somm^™ will process your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
