American Express @ Work is a powerful online management tool that maximizes control over your Card program. Its features include:

  • Reporting: Access detailed Corporate Card management information in a secure, password-protected online environment. Monitor employee compliance with company policies and track expenses with spending summary reports.
  • Online Payments: Through Corporate Online Payments, your company has the ability to pay your Corporate Card accounts online. You can search for specific accounts and view payment status and history. You also can make immediate payments or schedule future ones.
  • Account Reconciliation: Corporate Account Reconciliation (CAR) is a web-based global reconciliation tool and a central repository for all of your commercial spending.

Online-Only statements2 is a free service that allows Cardmembers to review and reconcile their expenses online, without having to wait for monthly Corporate Card statements. Cardmembers receive a monthly email notification when their statement is ready to be viewed online, enabling Cardmembers to:

  • Access account information 24/7
  • Track current charges and payments and see statements
  • Track unbilled balances and new charges
  • Retrieve archived statements
  • Download statement details in CSV or QIF format for use with spreadsheet programs such as Microsoft®3 Excel
