American Express @ Work®
American Express @ Work is a powerful online management tool that maximizes control over your Card program. Its features include:
- Reporting: Access detailed Corporate Card management information in a secure, password-protected online environment. Monitor employee compliance with company policies and track expenses with spending summary reports.
- Online Payments: Through Corporate Online Payments, your company has the ability to pay your Corporate Card accounts online. You can search for specific accounts and view payment status and history. You also can make immediate payments or schedule future ones.
- Account Reconciliation: Corporate Account Reconciliation (CAR) is a web-based global reconciliation tool and a central repository for all of your commercial spending.

Cardmember Account Management
Manage Your Card Account online services offer Cardmembers secure, immediate access to their Corporate Card information, for free, anytime, anywhere Internet access is available. With online services, Cardmembers are able to conveniently:
- Manage their account online or via their mobile Internet access
- Receive balance, payment received and payment reminder updates by email or text message
- Track expenses
- Set up account alerts
- Settle accounts and complete expense accounts
- Redeem Membership Rewards®1 points for applicable Cards
Instant Access to Online-Only Statements
Online-Only statements2 is a free service that allows Cardmembers to review and reconcile their expenses online, without having to wait for monthly Corporate Card statements. Cardmembers receive a monthly email notification when their statement is ready to be viewed online, enabling Cardmembers to:
- Access account information 24/7
- Track current charges and payments and see statements
- Track unbilled balances and new charges
- Retrieve archived statements
- Download statement details in CSV or QIF format for use with spreadsheet programs such as Microsoft®3 Excel
- Membership Rewards: In the case of a Corporate Card, participation in the Membership Rewards program is subject to the approval of the Company or other entity in whose name the Corporate Card account is opened. In order to participate and before any points can be earned, the Cardmember must first enrol in the program (except for the American Express Corporate Platinum Card which, if Company approval is given, is automatically enrolled in the Program).
- Online-Only Statements: If your company is participating in Online-Only Statements, your automatic enrolment upon registration in My Account is subject to the enclosed terms and conditions.
