How do I manage my Push Notification settings?

Push Notifications allow you to receive important account updates via Push Notifications and events on your timeline.

 

By enrolling in Push Notifications, your financial information may be displayed on your mobile device’s Lock Screen and Notification Center. The information that may be presented within these locations includes Payment Amount, Balance Amount, Due Date, Payment Date, Statement Date, rewards activity such as points redemption, points transfer or bonuses, and Last 5 Digits of your Card. 

 

If you do not wish to receive Push Notifications in these locations: You can manage your Notifications in your mobile device Notification settings at any time. 

 

To manage which Push Notification you receive for your American Express® account: You can individually manage your Amex Push Notifications within the Amex App at any time by navigating to the ‘Account’ tab and selecting ‘Push Notifications’.
