How can I enrol in Pre-authorized Payment Plan or Pay by Phone?
- Log in. Not registered yet? Register Now
- Tap “Payments”
- Select “Manage Pre-authorized Payment”
- Enter your bank account details and register for automatic monthly payments*
*Please note that the first payment pulled through the Pre-authorized Payment Plan will not take into effect until the next billing statement
- Log in to the American Express® App
- Tap Payments
- Select Manage Pre-Authorized Payments
- Follow the on-screen steps to enrol

Pay by Phone
- Call the number on the back of your Card Make an immediate payment or schedule a payment →Up to 25 days in the future →Up to 28 days after your last billing statement (for American Express® Corporate Cards)
- Payments can be made anytime after registration is complete*
*Please note: Payments scheduled immediately after enrollment may not process right away, as we require time to complete your registration in the Electronic Payment Program.
