How can I enrol in Pre-authorized Payment Plan or Pay by Phone?

Online Services:

*Please note that the first payment pulled through the Pre-authorized Payment Plan will not take into effect until the next billing statement

 

American Express® App:

  • Log in to the American Express® App
  • Tap Payments
  • Select Manage Pre-Authorized Payments
  • Follow the on-screen steps to enrol

Pay by Phone

  • Call the number on the back of your Card Make an immediate payment or schedule a payment →Up to 25 days in the future →Up to 28 days after your last billing statement (for American Express® Corporate Cards)
  • Payments can be made anytime after registration is complete*

*Please note: Payments scheduled immediately after enrollment may not process right away, as we require time to complete your registration in the Electronic Payment Program.
