How it works
- Make your travel reservation and choose Business Travel Account (BTA) as way of payment
- Travel agent will send you a pro-forma invoice withthe booking details
- Travel agent will supply American Express with the booking details
- Amex will pay the outstanding cost
- In case of an airline refund, the airline will credit the BTA directly
- Just make sure you check your statement upon receipt.
Important information
1. Get up to 55 days to settle your payments: Depending on when you make a purchase, when your statement is issued and whether or not you are carrying forward a balance on your account from your previous statement period.
