How to activate: 

1. Fill in the enrollment form via the designated link.
2. Upon successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email with a registration code within 7 working days, starting from May 2, 2025.  
   
3. Register or log in as a LANDMARK Hong Kong app member.  
   
4. Head to the designated Registration Counter at LANDMARK and present the Eligible Card, your HKID/ Passport, and the confirmation email with the registration code you received from us to activate the BESPOKE member account.  
   
5. Your participation will be noted, and you can start accelerating your spending with The Platinum Card at LANDMARK.

¹ The attained Emerald membership period will be – Tracking period: From April 1, 2025 until March 31, 2026 (12-months); Emerald Membership Valid Period: From the date of upgrading to Emerald Tier until March 31, 2027.

² The Eligible Cardmember will be upgraded to a BESPOKE Emerald Member in 3 months after the requisite Qualified Spending has been duly registered with Hongkong Land BESPOKE Limited. For the definition of Qualified Spending, please refer to the LANDMARK BESPOKE Terms and Conditions.
