To ensure your safety and reduce contact when you make a purchase, you can opt for contactless payments for transactions up to INR 5,000 with your American Express Card.

As part of the Shop Small Offer, Cardmembers will get ₹500 cashback on spending ₹1,000 or more in one transaction in-person only, up to 5 times during the campaign period across participating stores.

This Offer is open to all American Express Cardmembers whose Accounts are valid and in good standing. An American Express Cardmember for this Offers means a person holding a Card issued by American Express Banking Corp. in India. The Offer is not valid for Corporate Cards. This Offer is also valid for Cards issued by ICICI Bank or IndusInd Bank bearing the name or trademark or service mark or logo of American Express issued in India.
If your Card is eligible for the Offer, you will be able to see the Offer in Amex Offers section in your Online Card Account. You will have to save the Offer to your Card. Only Cards on which Offer has been saved will be eligible for the Offer benefit. You can also save the Offer to your Card by filling up the enrollment form. - Offer is valid only for select Cardmembers. To check eligible offers, Cardmember is requested to visit Amex Offers section in their Online Card account.
- Offer valid for payments made in Indian Rupees in-person at participating Shop Small locations. In the event a participating business has locations which are not listed, the offer is not valid at these locations.
- ₹500 cashback will be applied one time per participating Shop Small location, and the offer is limited to a maximum of ₹2,500 cashback applied to your Card during the offer period.
- Offer valid on transactions made on the saved Card directly in-person at participating Shop Small locations. Valid at India locations only. Excludes online transactions.
- Not valid for payments made via a third party establishment or payment processor (including, but not limited to, digital wallets).
- Cashback is not redeemable for cash or other payment form.
- Cashback should appear on your billing statement within 5 business days from qualifying spend but may take up to 90 days from the offer end date 31/10/2021.
- If you have not received your Cashback within 5 business days of your qualifying purchase please contact American Express.
- Cashback will not be applied to your Card Account if your Card has been suspended or cancelled.
- Cashback may be reversed if your qualifying purchase is refunded or cancelled.
