•       This offer is open to American Express® Platinum Corporate Cardholders only, whose accounts are valid and in good standing.

•        An American Express® Platinum Corporate ("Card member") for the purpose of this offer means

a person holding Platinum or Centurion Card in India, issued in India by American Express (“Card”).

•        These offers are being made purely on a “best effort” basis. Cardmembers are not bound in any manner to

participate in these offers and any such participation is purely voluntary.

•        To receive these offers, purchase should be charged in full to the American Express Card. No cash alternative is available.

•        American Express Banking Corp. is neither responsible for availability of services nor guarantees the quality of the goods/services and is not liable for any defect or deficiency of goods or services so obtained/availed of by the Cardmembers under these offers. Any disputes with regard to the quality of goods/services availed shall be taken up with the merchant/service establishment directly. American Express shall have no liability whatsoever with regard to the same.

•        American Express shall not be liable whatsoever for any loss/damage/claims that may arise out of use or non-use of any goods or services availed by Cardmember under these offers. •        Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the state of Mumbai only.

Dining Offer – Terms and Conditions

Offer:

•        1-3 guests – Complimentary Glass of house wine and portion of desert for each guest

•        4 and above (Up to 8 Guests) - Complimentary Bottle of house wine and portion of desert for each guest

•        Offer would be valid with a fully paid meal per guest (including main course)

•        Offer is valid from 1 January 2026 until 31 December 2026 (both dates included).

•        The offer is applicable for dining reservations made at participating restaurants via the Platinum Concierge Services only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

•        Reservation will have to be made at least 5 hours in advance.

•        Cardmember will be required to show and pay with their American Express card in order to avail the benefit.

•        The offer would be applicable only on à la carte orders only. Set menus, customized packages, brunch packages,

gala dinner on Christmas, Valentine’s Day & New Year etc would not be covered under this offer.

•        Black-out dates may apply. Kindly confirm while making reservations.

•        This offer is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

•        No other discount or earning of loyalty points will be applicable while availing this offer.

•        No request for cashback/discount would be entertained later if the cardmember doesn’t avail the offer during

reservation/payment.

•        American Express and IHCL (The Indian Hotels Company Limited) reserve the right to withdraw the promotion or amend these terms and conditions without prior notice at any time, for whatever reason, and without any liability for doing so.

•        Above offer would be valid only for consumption in the restaurant and cannot be packed or transferred

•        Queries related to the offer should be raised to Platinum Concierge Services and will be entertained only till 15 days from transaction date. Queries will be responded within 48hrs.
