●        This offer is open to all American Express Corporate Card members whose accounts are valid and in good standing. An American Express Card member ("Cardmember") for the purpose of this Offer means a person holding a American Express Platinum Corporate Card, Green Corporate Card and Gold Corporate Card issued by American Express Banking Corp. in India.

●        This program is being offered by the participating service establishment only and shall be valid for the period mentioned in the offer.

●        American Express network cards and proprietary consumer cards are not part of this offer

●        The offer in this program will be fulfilled at the merchant’s end only.

●        This offer is being made purely on a “best effort” basis. The Cardmembers are not bound in any manner to participate in this offer and any such participation is purely voluntary.

●        American Express is neither responsible for availability of services nor guarantees the quality of the goods/services and is not liable for any defect or deficiency of goods or services so obtained/availed of by the Cardmembers under this offer.
 Any disputes with regards to the quality of goods/services availed shall be taken up with the merchant/service establishment directly. American Express shall have no liability whatsoever regarding the same.

●        Benefit 1 - American Express Corporate Cardmembers to get 15% off up to ₹2,000 (twice a month) on minimum bill value of ₹10,000 (inclusive of taxes) when the Cardmember pays on the EazyDiner App

Benefit 1 Terms and conditions:

●        American Express Corporate Cardmembers to get an instant discount when they pay on the EazyDiner app with PayEazy using their American Express Corporate Card.

●        This discount will be applicable over and above the other discounts available on restaurants.

●        A table reservation booking needs to be made before a payment can be made at certain restaurants.

●        A prior table reservation at certain restaurants may give an enhanced restaurant discount.

●        There is no capping in terms of number of people to avail this offer subject to seating availability at the restaurants.

●        For the requirement of a table reservation for 12 guests and above the Cardmember is requested to call EazyDiner Concierge at +91 7861004400 (Available all days from 9 am to 11 pm. Else booking/reservations needs to be done on the EazyDiner app.

●        Cardmembers are eligible to receive the instant discount even if they are not EazyDiner Prime members.

●        American Express and EazyDiner reserve the right to modify or change any of the terms and conditions applicable to this Offer at any time with/without prior notice to the American Express Cardmember.

●        The instant discount can be availed only on paying for Eating Out on EazyDiner App using PayEazy

●        Minimum transaction of ₹10,000 is required to get the instant discount. (this is inclusive of taxes, final amount after restaurant discount)

●        The discount can be availed maximum twice in a month per card till the offer period.

●        The discount will not be applicable if the Cardmember pays directly at the restaurant and not on the EazyDiner app.

●        Offer is valid from 6^th March 2026 to 31^st December 2026 (both days included).

●        There are no blackout dates under this offer.

Benefit 2 - EazyDiner Prime - Terms and conditions

What is EazyDiner Prime?

EazyDiner Prime promises exclusive access to the hottest bars and restaurants and guarantees you a minimum discount of 25%  up-to 50% at top restaurants in India & Dubai.

●        EazyDiner Prime membership purchased under any campaign cannot be cancelled or refunded.

●        The EazyDiner Prime deal will be clearly identified on the restaurant screen. All EazyDiner Prime deals will have a minimum of 25% discount as specified in the deal.

●        Not all restaurants bookable on EazyDiner will have prime deals. Some restaurants may also have non-prime deals. All discounts are mentioned clearly against each deal for all restaurants bookable on EazyDiner.

●        The restaurants and the offers are dynamic as we constantly improve the product, hence the offers at restaurants may change without any prior notice. In case there are any concerns, please call the EazyDiner Prime hotline at 786 100 4400.

●        All 1+1 deals are valid for a minimum of 2 guests. Example - In case of 3 guests, 2 guests will be charged, and 1 guest will eat for free, in case of 5 guests, 3 guests will be charged, and 2 guests will eat complimentary

●        Please inform the restaurant about your reservation through EazyDiner upon your arrival at the restaurant to have a hassle-free experience.

●        EazyDiner shall not be liable for the experience at the partner restaurant as we only assist in fulfilling the reservations with the special offers.

●        The fee chargeable for the membership plan shall be predetermined and may be revised by EazyDiner at its sole discretion, from time to time. Any revision of the membership fee shall be notified to the members fifteen (15) days prior to implementing such revision.

●        18% GST will be applicable on all subscription plans for EazyDiner Prime.

●        The membership fee will be priced at ₹1 and will only be activated upon successful authentication using American Express Corporate card. The card holders will be required to pay ₹1 to complete the authentication.

●        Sum of ₹1 charged as authentication amount will be reversed post successful validation within 24 hours of authentication

●        The Annual EazyDiner Prime Membership will be activated instantly post successful validation for the eligible customer
