Corporate Cardmembers can contact the American Express Customer Service Centre for assistance with lost or stolen Cards, billing enquiries, change of address and other services.

Contact the Global Assist® Hotline for emergency medical or legal referrals and assistance on (886)2-2100-1266 (please request Collect Call).

Corporate Traveller Support & Services

Corporate travelers should contact your designated travel office. Calls received after hours will be routed to the Emergency Travel Service Centre.
