TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following may be accessed with your Festival wristband when you register your American Express® Card for ACL Cashless payments via wristband, or as otherwise provided below. For the terms associated with registration and use of ACL Cashless payments, managed by Front Gate Ticketing Solutions LLC (“Front Gate”), click here. Be sure to register your American Express Card before the Festival weekend begins, as some of the perks may take 24 hours to activate on your wristband.
Amex Experience
The Amex Experience is open to all Festivalgoers, subject to capacity limitations. Some perks within the Amex Experience are exclusively for American Express Card Members and may require a valid American Express Card (excluding an American Express Prepaid Cards) to be shown to redeem. All perks within the Amex Experience are available while supplies last. The Amex Experience is open 12pm-8pm each festival day. Hours of operation may vary and are subject to change.
Card Member Lane at Main Merch
American Express Card Members may obtain access to the Card Member Lane at Main Merch which is located both outside of Main Merch and inside at checkout. To access the Card Member Lane, Card Members must tap their wristband that is linked to their American Express Card for ACL Cashless payments or show their valid American Express Card (excluding American Express Prepaid Cards). All purchases must be made with an American Express Card (excluding American Express Prepaid Cards). Hours of operation may vary and are subject to change.
American Express Cashless Entrances
The Cashless Entrances are located at the Barton Springs Road Entrance (Barton Springs West) and the Lady Bird Lake Entrance. These entrances are available for Card Members and their guests with valid event tickets to enter the Festival. Card Members may obtain entry by scanning their Festival wristband that has been linked to their American Express Card for ACL Cashless payments.
Merch To-Go Window at Amex Experience
American Express Card Members may obtain access to the merch to-go window located at the Amex Experience. To access The Card Member Lane, Card Members must tap their wristband that is linked to their American Express Card for ACL Cashless payments or show their valid American Express Card (excluding American Express Prepaid Cards). Guests are not permitted. All purchases must be made with an American Express Card (excluding American Express Prepaid Cards), while supplies last. The merch to-go window is open all hours that the Amex Experience is open (12pm-8pm each festival day). All sales are final, no refunds. Hours of operation may vary and are subject to change.
One-Time $5 Cashless Spend Credit
Get a one-time $5 Cashless spend credit (“Credit”) applied to your Festival wristband when you register your American Express® Card for ACL Cashless payments. Credit is only valid for the Festival day or weekend for which your wristband was purchased. No Credit will be provided for registrations made after 9:40PM CST on the Sunday of the applicable Festival weekend. If Credit is unused at the end of the Festival weekend, it will be forfeited. Credit may be used for purchases at all on-site merchants at the Festival. Not valid for online purchases. Credit may be combined with other payment methods to make purchases that are greater than $5. Front Gate Cashless Registration Terms, including no refunds and exchanges for purchases made with ACL Cashless payments, also apply. All American Express Cards are eligible to receive the Credit.
$5 Spend Credit is not fulfilled by American Express and American Express is not responsible for the fulfillment of such Credit. Fulfillment of the $5 Spend Credit and ACL Cashless payments is the responsibility of Front Gate. Front Gate and American Express reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend these perks should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, technical issues, fraud, abuse, misuse or other causes beyond their reasonable control corrupt or affect the administration, security, or proper conduct of the perks or ACL Cashless payments.
The Amex Side-Stage
Access to the Amex Side-Stage at Austin City Limits Festival (“ACL”) is available for American Express Centurion®, Platinum Card®, Business Platinum Card®, and Corporate Platinum Card® Members. Eligible Card Members are permitted to bring up to two (2) accompanied guests. Access is subject to capacity limitations and American Express does not guarantee every eligible Card Member will be able to receive access.
To enter, eligible Card Members must present a valid eligible American Express Card issued in their name, including a physical Card or a Card within a digital wallet. A photo of an eligible American Express Card is not acceptable. Card Members and any guest(s) must enter and exit the lounge at the same time. All lounge attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Soliciting other Card Members for access into the Amex Side-Stage is not permissible. American Express will not be liable for any articles lost or stolen or damages suffered by visitors to the Amex Side-Stage. By attending the event, you are voluntarily assuming any and all risks related to your attendance, and you will not hold American Express, its partners, representatives, or agents, liable for any risks, injuries, or illness in connection with your attendance at the event. Entrance to the Amex Side-Stage is subject to all terms and conditions set by American Express and ACL. American Express reserves the right to revise the terms at any time without notice. American Express also reserves the right to remove any person from any event for inappropriate behavior or failure to adhere to the rules, including, but not limited to, conduct that is disruptive, abusive, or violent.
