Amex Experience
American Express® Card Members and up to three (3) accompanied guests may obtain access to the Amex Experience by showing a valid American Express Card, excluding an American Express Prepaid Card, subject to capacity limitations. All perks offered within the Amex Experience are available while supplies last. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The Amex Experience is open 1PM-8PM each festival day. Hours of operation may vary and are subject to change. Event personnel reserve the right to deny admittance at their sole discretion.
American Express Card Member Dedicated Merch Lane
American Express® Card Members may obtain access to Card Member dedicated merch lane at the Coachella Festival Store and the Coachella Artist Store. To access a dedicated merch lane, Card Members must show a valid American Express Card, excluding an American Express Prepaid Card. Guests are not permitted. All purchases must be made with a valid American Express Card, excluding American Express Prepaid Cards. The dedicated merch lane is open 1 pm - 7 pm each festival day. Hours of operation may vary and are subject to change.
